The perfect apple juice is sweet and fresh...one of the most common fruit juices in the world…can be served either hot or cold…and is important to fall cuisine as lemonade is to summer menus.
You may wonder if making your own apple juice is worth the effort when there are so many jugs of fresh-pressed apple cider and apple juice available at supermarket produce sections and farmer’s market tables…but right now I’m blogging about apples…and apple juice is such a common way to use apples that I hated to leave it out.
