Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a baking dish.

Combine melted butter, Parmesan, flour, garlic, basil, onion powder, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Dip fish in the lemon juice mixture…and then in the flour mixture.
