3. Vegetables—leafy Greens—such as spinach
4. Add-Ins
- Chia seeds
- Herbs—such as basil

- 1/2C plain Greek yogurt

- Juice of one lime
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1Tbsp chia seeds
