Organizing your kitchen, and the rest of your home, will make sure that you never find yourself sick like this, but can also ward off other health issues, such as..

- heart disease
- high blood pressure
- immune system impairment
- nervous breakdown
Because these, and so many more, ailments are brought on by stress…
So eliminating as many stress factors from your daily life that you can is never a waste ot time, even it does mean taking time to clear out the dreaded kitchen junk drawer.
Even if you’re not award of it, living in a castle of chaos and clutter will increase your mental health, and eventually may be bad for your hysical health as well.
Your home should be your “safe harbor” from a busy, demanding life….a life of order and tranquility.
This will never be true if your “castle” is a messy, poorly decorated, and organized mess.

- a physical display of your tastes…
- a “fountain of youth” that can soothe you and help you get rid of stress.
- a comforting environment that fills you with a sense of inner peace
- a resort of sorts that will make you feel better able to deal with life on a daily basis
- not a mountain of laundry and a sink full of dishes that you actually dread coming home to.
Having an organized home will reduce the daily stress that comes from the daily grind—stressors such as unfinished work, mountains of laundry, sinks full of dirty dishes, a never-ending to-do list.
Having an organized home will allow you to live a less stressful and chaotic life that you can be deeply satisfied with and that will make you fill like you are living your full potential…a life that will give you more of an opportunity to actually make a difference in your world,, advance a cause, or help a community that you deeply care about.
Having an organized home allows you to sleep well at night, greatly improves your general health, and increases the quality and quantity of your days ahead.
