Essential oils have been used by many cultures-including Greek, Egyptian, Asian, and Roman-for centuries both as medicine and cosmetics…but I personally am just now starting to explore essential oils and their many uses..Getting started with essential oils and aromatherapy as a natural and holistic way for improving your health and for treating certain health issues…not to mention for the pleasing aroma…can be more than a little confusing and overwhelming though.
