- 1 dozen eggs
- 1C milk
- 2lbs hash browns
- 1lb breakfast meat..sausage, bacon, or ham
- 1/2C diced onions
- 3C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4tsp dry mustard
- 1/4tsp garlic powder
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2tsp pepper
Cook the bacon, if using, and cut into pieces. Beat the eggs until well blended. Add milk, garlic powder, mustard, 1tsp salt, and 1/2tsp pepper. Set aside. Layer potatoes, salt, pepper, onions, bacon, cheese three times. Pour egg mixture over the top. Cook 8hrs on low.
