Crockpot Breakfast Casserole …This is the classic breakfast casserole recipe…made even better by the fact that you simply put all the ingredients in your crockpot before you go to bed, set your crockpot, and wake up the next morning to a warm, delicious, healthy meal. 

Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1C milk
  • 2lbs hash browns
  • 1lb breakfast meat..sausage, bacon, or ham
  •  1/2C diced onions
  • 3C shredded cheddar cheese
  •  1/4tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp pepper

Cook the bacon, if using, and cut into pieces. Beat the eggs until well blended. Add milk, garlic powder, mustard, 1tsp salt, and 1/2tsp pepper. Set aside. Layer potatoes, salt, pepper, onions, bacon, cheese three times. Pour egg mixture over the top. Cook 8hrs on low.
